Welcome to my Columnettes page.  “What, exactly, is a columnette,” you might be wondering.  A columnette is a female column, meaning that it is like a regular column, except smaller and less logical.  Here you will find semi-developed rants and musings on various subjects.  There is a big range in the length, tone, and topics of the columnettes, so look around and enjoy these misfit pieces that couldn’t find a home anywhere else.

This is also the only part of A Crowded Fire where I might publish someone else's work.  If you have some strange desire to write a Guest Columnette, please send it to me using this link.  I will let you know very soon if I will use it.

In the End:  A Short Play

'In the End' targets a demographic audience of a few guys I know.  I wasn't going for mass appeal.  I hope you enjoy it though.  This was turned into a screenplay by J-Flash the Incredible Schulk, who came up with the visual ending.

A City Trip - Part One

This is the script for the radio play.  If you're going to read this, definitely also listen to the audio, which features excellent voice over work by a very talented cast
