Josh was born during a summer thunderstorm in an elegant marble bathtub in the penthouse of the only high rise hotel in the entire state of Kansas.

Since then, he has gone to pre-school, elementary school, middle school, and high school.  He recently started college.  After school and when school was not in session, he did other things.  Sometimes he would ride his bike.  Other times he would go hiking.

Josh isn’t quite sure what he’s doing on this radio show.  He doesn’t like talking in front of a lot of people.  Even if he did, nobody would understand him, as he’s a hard-core mumbler.  Still, Josh is very excited to be on the program.

Unlike some of the other members of A Crowded Fire, Josh does have a bit of radio experience.  As a youth, he helped host a show on WVOM, the Voice of Camp Modin.  Along with a fat kid, a smelly kid, and a counselor named Jane who always wore a green hat, Josh tore up the airwaves with groundbreaking programming that made a huge impact, all the way from the Arts and Crafts shed to the Waterfront.

Josh is a member of the Fweehad, a revolutionary brotherhood, and spends much of his time waiting for The Letter.

P.S.  The thing about being born in a bathtub in Kansas during a thunderstorm is a lie.  Josh was born in some hospital in Manhattan.
